Private Party Information

 Thank you for considering us to host your private DYI party. 

You will have the opportunity for select from a variety of projects ranging from $35.00-$99.00 per person. 

   We provide all the supplies (paint, stain, brushes, sponges, glue sanders nail guns etc.)

  • You will have access to complete your project in our studio for 3 hours. 
  • Private parties have a mimimum of 8-15 people (depending on the day)
  • We offer mobile service for parties of 15 or more, as long as you can accomodate everyone who registers. There is no additional charge for the mobile service and we will travel within a 45 mile radius of Byron.
  • Cut off date to order your projects for your party is five (5) days before your party date. This allows us enough time to prepare your projects.
  • You may bring in any food or drinks which includes alcoholic beverages. We have a space dedicated to set up any food that you would like to share, a full size refrigerator and a small ice maker.
  • We have a commercial frozen drink maching that is avalible to rent for your party. Just reach our for the specifics.
  • If anyone purchases (registers) and does not attend your party we do not give refunds. Their project will be sent home with some.

Special Notes:

  • Private Party Reservation Deposit $100.00 (secures your day & time)
  • If your party meets the requirement your deposit will be refunded and processed with 48 after your party.
  • If you need to cancel your party or change the day/date you must notify us with 7 days of your party (your deposit will be refunded or applied to the new party date). Failure to notify us within 7 days will result in forfeit of your deposit.
  • By standards (this includes children) are not allowed. Only those who have paid to attend your party. We have limited seating.
  • Private parties are normally book Sunday-Saturday 10:00am, 2:00pm and 6:00pm. 
  • If you are not able to meet the requirement minumum amount of people to sign up, your depoit will not be refunded and the event will still take place.
  • Become a host of a private party of at least 20 and receive a gift from H&S Byron--ask us how.
