Refunds/No Show
Purchasing a seat to a workshop is much like purchasing a seat to any other entertainment event. We don't offer refunds and you can't cancel your seat order, but you can sell your seat to someone else or request certian project to be made into a "make at home project" with a 48hr notice of your selected workshop. Not all projects can be made at home (resin/chunky blanket/sourdough/cookie decorating etc)
Due to the custom nature of our workshops, registration fees are non-refundable.
No Shows/No Contact
No Show or failure to reach out within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop will result in a forfeit your project and payment.
We do not issue refunds for private party guests. If the attendee contacts us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event to let us know they cannot attend, their project and stencil [or other project materials] will be sent home with a designated party guest the day of the party for them to complete at their leisure. We are not responsible for items left behind. If they are a "no call, no show" their project and payment are forfeited. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
