Looking to have a private party at your place....
- For your party you can choose multiple projects! Each project has multiple designs available.
- When you select your projects, we create a send you a custom web link for your private party. You then send that to everyone invited and they register for the party through our website so it’s easy for you!
- You will have access to an instructor for your party for 3 hours.
- Parties need a minimum of 15 people.
- The cut-off date to order projects for your party will be 7 days before your party date in order to give us adequate time to prepare your projects.
- There is a $45 minimum per person for mobile parties.
- If anyone registers but does not attend your party, we do not give refunds. They are welcome to contact us for pick up, or another guest can take with them, the purchased project wood, stencil, and paint to be completed at home.
- Reach out for available dates before making a deposit.
Special Notes:
- We do ask that you PLEASE keep your date you have reserved or give us ample time to rebook your date if you have to cancel!
- Please contact us to make sure we have dates available before booking!
- If you do not meet the requirement minimum amount of people to sign up, your party will be cancelled and projects already ordered will become take home projects only.
We require a $75 deposit to reserve your date for your party

- If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
- Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.

Refunds/Cancelations
Once your workshop seat has been purchased we are immediately beginning the process of production/purchasing of your project materials. Purchasing a workshop seat to one of our events is much like purchasing a seat to any other entertainment event, so as a courtesy on our behalf, if you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice to receive a partial refund [Exceptions apply such as if a workshop or event specifically states it is non-transferable and non-refundable]. Please note a restocking fee of 40% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund for all cancellation requests received at least 48 hour prior to the scheduled workshop. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows forfeit their project and payment. To cancel your order, please contact us at hammerandstainybyron@gmail.com. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. We do not issue refunds for private party guests. If the attendee contacts us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event to let us know they cannot attend, their wood project and stencil [or other project materials] will be sent home with a designated party guest the day of the party for them to complete at their leisure. We are not responsible for items left behind. If they are a "no call, no show" their project and payment are forfeited. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any of the workshops, this includes children of all ages.
Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
