Private Party Deposit

In order to secure a date, you MUST submit the $75.00 deposit.

We require a minimum of 8 for studio private parties and 15 for mobile parties

As the hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register will be posted on your link/page listing for your event.


If you cancel and don't reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeited. You must notifiy us by email that you need to cancel or reschedule.

To get your full deposit back, you MUST have the mimimum of guests {including yourself} AND ATTEND your event. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after your event takes place. If you do not get at the minimum guests {including yourself} by the registered by the deadline, your party will be cancelled  and those paid will be issued a refund and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 3 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Everyone attending your workshop MUST pay for a project. No bystandards (including children) are allowed.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, our workshop coordinator will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Refunds/Cancelations

No Refunds for this purchase. We do not stock any products due to limited storage.

If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. You will have the opportunity to resechedule at a later date.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published here or on our Facebook page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any of the workshops, this includes children of all ages.

Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.

By completing registration you are agreeing to these terms.
